Job Profile
The company is hiring a Rack Maintenance Team Member who will work as –
- Adhere to all safety and health objectives, policies, and procedures of Norplas to provide for a safe and healthful workplace.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills in a work environment that is striving for continuous improvement.
- Exhibit teamwork skills and actively participate in team activities in a positive working environment.

- Report all accidents and near misses on time when they occur.
- Work safely at all times and report any unsafe conditions to your supervisor
Education Level
- Not mentioned, yet a High School Diploma will be a plus
Work Experience
- Must have an active welding certificate of 3 or more years and pass a welding test
Duties/Responsibilities
- Carrier changeovers and builds.
- Fabrication of special projects as required.
- Reassign carriers or paint lines at the Track Switch for production needs per scheduling demands.
- Repair, weld and modify castings as needed.
- Repair, weld and modify racks.
- Trolley repair and rebuild.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
- Ability to read, write, and speak English effectively along with basic mathematical skills (required)
- Basic computer skills (required)
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to use a tape measure, plasma cutter, welding torch, welder, aluminum welder, impact gun, steel welder, and noxygen acetylene.
- Previous manufacturing experience (preferred)
