Job Profile
The company is seeking a Reliability Technician to join its maintenance team.
Education Level
- Must have Vocational School, Associate Degree with 2 years of experience in a manufacturing facility
- High School Diploma and 3 Years of Proven Experience in the field.
Work Experience
- Experience troubleshooting Mechanical Systems and machinery in an industrial environment.
- Working with and Troubleshooting Robotics (a plus)
Duties/Responsibilities
- Demonstrated abilities to perform mechanical maintenance and repairs of different Mechanical Power Transmission Components (gearboxes, couplings, belt and chain drives, gears and gearboxes, lubrication, etc.)
- Demonstrated abilities to troubleshoot and repair machine motion control components (sensors, switches, actuators, motors, conveyor belts, etc.)
- Demonstrated abilities to troubleshoot and successfully resolve issues with Machine and Supporting Systems components.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Power Tools as well as Machine Shop Equipment.
- Effectively uses measuring, testing, and diagnostics devices and tools for PdM.
- Maintains accurate maintenance records in the CMMS and reads Pneumatics, Hydraulics Prints, and Schematics.
- Performs basic welding, brazing, and cutting to fabricate items such as guardrails, brackets, and hangers.
- Safely and effectively operate Fork, Scissor, and Boom lifts.
- Successfully conduct PMs on Mechanical Systems (including hydraulic, pneumatic, gearboxes, etc.)
- Troubleshoots and resolves mechanical problems and makes repairs as needed.
- Performs other job duties as assigned.
