Duties/Responsibilities

  • Change and clean robot tooling
  • Follow all standard work processes such as Routings, bills of material, set up sheets, OVLs, prints, and drawings
  • Load and unload product while utilizing inspection and process verification
  • Pre-assemble, layout, and fit up components for weld and tack weld
  • Set up and operate a robotic weld cell for automated welding operation
  • Utilize HMI to select and execute proper part number and fixture components for changeover

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

  • Be a team play with good communication skills
