Job Profile

The company is recruiting a Senior Cost Analyst who will provide cost estimating and analysis support to a variety of ongoing project teams as part of WBB’s highly qualified interdisciplinary team of consultants.

Be expected to support a wide variety of analytical projects including working for and with a variety of DoD, Federal, and corporate customers.

Interface with customers on a regular basis to develop project requirements, collaborate and work on integrated teams, and brief, defend, and support project results.

Must be comfortable in a challenging, collaborative, multi-tasking, dynamic, high-tempo, deadline-intensive environment with a flexible work schedule supporting multiple customers.

Educational Qualification

• Applicants should have a Bachelor’s Degree from a college/university
• Certified Cost Estimator/Analyst

Work Experience

• Possess 10 years of experience conducting cost analysis, financial management, execution, tracking, and program analysis

Duties/Responsibilities

• Develop, present, and defend cost estimates through various cost agencies (i.e., Air Force Cost Analysis Agency), in addition to project customers
• Participate in or lead collaborative working groups among a variety of government and industry organizations
• Provide objective cost/financial analysis, insight, and recommendations to customers
• Develop cost estimates and models to support a wide range of end products including-
  -Acquisition Milestone Support
  -Analysis of Alternatives (AoA)
  -Cost Analysis Requirements Document (CARD)
  -Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA)
  -Life Cycle Cost Estimates
  -Product Support Business Case Analysis (PSBCA)
  -Total Ownership Cost (TOC) Analysis

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• 10% travel required
• Able to work collaboratively with customers and colleague
• Active DoD SECRET security clearance
• Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent listening as well as oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge using various cost estimating software tools (i.e., ACEIT and Crystal Ball)

Desired Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Cost Estimating, Operations Research, or related discipline
• Army PBBE Experience
• Active DoD Top Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one
• Business – Life Cycle Logistics, Acquisition Professional Development Program, Level 2
• Certified Defense Financial Manager
• Army Program Manager Level II
