The company is hiring a Senior Engineering Technician who will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and reliability of the electronic systems, enabling them to maintain high-quality standards and exceed customer expectations.
Education Level
- High School Diploma
Work Experience
- Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repair techniques.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in equipment maintenance such as automotive or HVAC
- 3+ years of experience in test support or diagnostics of equipment
- 3+ years of experience welding, brazing, or sweating pipe
- 3+ years of experience reading equipment schematics (electrical, fluidic, pneumatic, and mechanical)
- 3+ years of general fabrication experience
- Prior experience in a similar role or industry will be an advantage.
- General computer experience with programs such as SAP, Excel, and Word is a plus.
- Experience working in a rapid R&D environment building and testing prototypes
- Experience troubleshooting and working in a test environment
Duties/Responsibilities
- Ability to work from mechanical and electrical schematics to fabricate and assemble prototypes
- Assist Engineers and Technicians with design, fabrication, and assembly of breadboards, test stands, and prototypes.
- Collaborate with engineers and technical teams to review schematic designs, diagnose complex problems, and develop effective solutions.
- Design and assemble electronic instrumentation and process control systems.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and equipment inventories.
- Order equipment, parts, and tools pertaining to work.
- Perform comprehensive building, wiring, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment and systems.
- Stay current with industry trends, advancements, and best practices in electronic technology and safety standards.

- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, cleanliness, and organization.
- Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision
- Proficient in using electronic testing equipment and diagnostic tools.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
