Work Experience

• 2 to 3 years of experience or training or a combination of education, training, and experience.
• Diesel, fusion, mechanical, and electrical experience depending on the business unit.
• Experience with diesel engine repairs

Duties/Responsibilities

• Responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of our diesel engine-powered pumps and their corresponding electrical and mechanical components.
• Equipment-specific training will be provided, but applicants with previous experience working on diesel or gas engines are especially encouraged to apply.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and managers both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to diagnose common mechanical and electrical issues.
• Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and lifting equipment.
• Basic knowledge of DC electric and circuit testing skills
• Basic knowledge of methods, materials, tools, and techniques to repair and maintain equipment.
• Clean driving record
• Technically sound
