Work Experience

• 8+ years of formal or industry experience
• Oil and Gas experience (preferred)

Duties/Responsibilities

• Attaches hoisting cables to pumps, transmissions, diesel engines, and other equipment at drill sites
• Lash equipment to trucks for transfer to the repair yard
• Repairs, maintains, and installs oil well drilling machinery and equipment
• Uses hand tools and follows oral and written work orders

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Must be able to communicate and work with other personnel, departments, and outside officials.
• Must be able to perform duties with minimal supervision.
• Self-starter with strong planning, technical, and analytical skills
• Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced facility personnel
