Job Profile
The company is seeking a Structural Assembler III who will build components and assemble for some of the world’s most advanced aircraft, including the F-35 Lightning II, the F-16 Fighting Falcon, and the C-130J Super Hercules.

Work Experience
- Experience working with hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices.
- Experience with reading and understanding technical documentation such as work orders or build documents.
- Experience or education in any of the following technical fields; Auto mechanics, Carpentry, Auto body repair, Metal fabrication, HVAC, Welding, Fabrication, Assembly, and Manufacturing.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Assemble sheet metal detail and assembly parts using a variety of fasteners and hand tools, following approved methods from blueprints and engineering specifications.
- Combine completed fabricated and machined parts using sealants or adhesives.
- Utilize tooling, fixtures, and shop aids to assemble components and assemblies accurately.
- Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure high-quality production and timely delivery.
- Participate in company training programs, guided by subject matter experts, to develop your skills and advance your career.
- Perform other duties as assigned to meet production goals.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
- Experience reading and interpreting written specifications, blueprints, and engineering drawings.
- Military experience in a career field that aligns with the basic qualifications for this position.
- Aircraft Assembly/Repair experience.
