Job Profile

The company is searching for a Submersible Pump Mechanic who will be responsible for the teardown, repair, and rebuild of submersible pumps and motors.

Education Level

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Work Experience

• 2+ years of experience in equipment repair and maintenance

Duties/Responsibilities

• Diagnose possible reason(s) for failure.
• Load, secure to truck, and deliver equipment as necessary. Clean and organize shop as required.
• Paint and prepare equipment for shipment.
• Provide information on parts and additional work required.
• Provide recommendations to improve the reliability of the equipment. Complete information in reports as required.
• Tear down submersible equipment, utilizing manufacturer’s recommendations and industry best practices. Inspect equipment and parts for wear and damage.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
