Duties/Responsibilities
- Achieve sales and margin levels that meet or exceed annual goals for all AT equipment offerings
- Budget and maintain market share targets in conjunction with regional objectives
- Coordinate with Regional resources to design and offer customer-centric system solutions across multiple product categories
- Deliver consistent results through mastering the COMMIT process and a clearly defined sales approach
- Maintain an updated database
- Maintain disciplined daily/weekly activity goals per the defined Air Technologies standard of consistency and conduct of a Sales Engineer
- Maintain excellent communications with all fellow associates and customers
- Master technical sales and territory management skills; product knowledge, system design, and a superior understanding and execution of proper prospecting and sales processes.
- Recognize potential problem areas and take corrective action.
- Target competitive accounts to grow customer base and penetrate territory

- Excellent customer relationship-building skills.

- Strong technical and mechanical aptitude
- Valid Driver’s License
Work Environment
- Spend 80%-90% of the time making sales calls in the territory developing new buying accounts and building loyalty through 100% customer satisfaction from existing accounts
