Job Profile
The company is hiring a Tool & Die I (Support Person) who will be responsible for performing tool preventative maintenance, modifications, and new fabrication to aircraft tooling.
Involves learning the fundamentals necessary to ensure compliant hardware is produced and learning the fundamentals of Relentless Root Cause Analysis.
Education Level
- High School Diploma
- In the absence of a High School Diploma or GED, 2 years of relevant aircraft assembly
Work Experience
- Machining experience (required)
Duties/Responsibilities
- Perform tool preventative maintenance to ensure the tools meet their designed intent
- Update Existing aircraft tooling to tool design revisions
- Work repairs to ensure broken aircraft tooling is functional as designed
- Perform TPMs, Updates, and repairs in the usage of machining (Metal Mill or Lathe), welding, assembly, fabrication, and repair of aircraft tooling which frequently involves 3D Digital Systems such as Laser Trackers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and manage resources
- Effective time management and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with various MS Office software, SAP, and Team center
- Experience in the application of Lean through Continuous Improvement events
