Job Profile
The company is seeking a Utility Mechanic to join its team for supply chain needs.

Educational Qualification
- Applicants should have a High School Diploma or Equivalent
Work Experience
- Possess experience in an industrial maintenance environment
- Experience with electrical and mechanical systems in an industrial environment
- Plumbing and pipefitting experience
- Pump repair and rebuild experience
Duties/Responsibilities
- Applicants will perform all the duties assigned.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
- Ability and willingness to learn and apply new technologies and management concepts
- Working knowledge of industrial maintenance procedures and methods
Preferred Qualifications
- Able to work in difficult situations such as confined spaces, heat, and in high places
- Experience in a TPM or Lean Six Sigma environment
- Experience with pumps, welding, bearings, electrical safety, forklifts, gears, hydraulics, valves, and rigging
- Formal vocational training in plant maintenance activities with emphasis on industrial applications or equivalent job experience in boiler operation and maintenance, electricity, power distribution, industrial electrical wiring, mechanics, machine operations, general plumbing, heating ventilation, and air conditioning.
- Refrigeration Certification
- Snow Removal Experience
- Stationary Engineers License
- Welding experience
Physical Demands
- Must be able to lift/carry 50 pounds
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and physical exam

Each new employee must complete a 2-year program that includes up to a 3% increase in pay in 6-month increments pending successful completion.
