The company is hiring a Water Crew-Plant Construction to join its team.

Education Level

• High School Degree or Equivalent

Work Experience

• Possess work-related experience (a plus)

Duties/Responsibilities

• Assist Electricians – Assist a qualified electrician with installing and maintaining electrical components in water systems.
• Champion Safety – Take an active role in prioritizing safety for yourself and others throughout the operation at all times in accordance with MSHA and Vulcan standards.
• Operate Equipment – Operate a backhoe, skid steer, and man lift.
• Weld – Perform large-volume pump repair and general pipe fitting.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Flexibility – Must be willing to work overtime and extended hours depending on customer and company demands. Must be able to work outside in all types of weather conditions and tolerate being exposed to loud noises.
• Functional Knowledge – Must have a general knowledge of plumbing fitting and parts. Must have the ability to read and interpret blueprints. Must have welding knowledge.
• Ready to Drive – Must have a valid CDL license.
