Educational Qualification

Work Experience

• The candidates are expected to have some previous work experience.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Able to keep an inventory of all shop supplies and order as needed.
• Able to lead personnel on shop projects and make decisions to keep progress on jobs constant and safe.
• Able to serve as a backup to shop supervision when needed.
• Able to travel to customer sites to forbid walks or meetings.
• Ensuring all personnel on the shop floor always adhere to safety and quality procedures.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Able to manage time and prioritize effectively.
• Able to read structural weldment and machining drawings.
• MSHA Certified
• Qualified to operate a company vehicle.
• Strong computer and communication skills.
