Job Profile

The company (Door Engineering, a division of Senneca) is seeking a Welder who will work with Area Lead to complete welding assignments to final finish stages to meet production timelines.

Work closely with Area Leads and Production Manager to ensure department standards and schedules are met.

Educational Qualification

• Applicants may require a High School Diploma or GED

Work Experience

• Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a fabrication environment including drilling, welding, and various hand tools.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance checks throughout processes
• Review and understand project specifications

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Demonstrated ability to execute SOP, quality, and safety practices
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage workflow effectively to accomplish deadlines
• Good communication skills
• Demonstrate ability to learn new tasks and concepts quickly

Work Environment

• Ability to use handheld measuring tools such as a tape measurer, combination square, and other measuring instruments.
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds frequently
