Job Profile

The company is searching for a Welder who will be responsible for using specialized equipment and techniques to fabricate and repair metal structures and equipment.

Work closely with our facilities services team to ensure that all welding projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standard of quality.

Education Level

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Work Experience

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the facilities services team to plan and execute welding projects.
  • Fabricate and repair metal structures and equipment as required.
  • Inspect and test welded joints to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols.
  • Perform welding tasks using various techniques such as MIG, TIG, and arc welding.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any welding-related issues that may arise during projects.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
  • Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and arc welding techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
