Duties/Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance on railcars entering the shop and surrounding ADM facilities.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Ability to pass entry-level Welding and Torch Cutting test
• Ability to wear a respirator
• Ability to work in confined spaces
• Ability to work well within a team environment and maintain a positive, professional, and respectful attitude
• Good communication skills (required)
• Good attendance record and the ability to follow directions
• Safety oriented attitude
