Job Profile

The company is hiring a Welder Fitter who will be responsible for fitting, fabricating, and assembling the structural components that make up a tool.

Educational Qualification

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Work Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience
• Proven experience working as a Fitter

Duties/Responsibilities

• Ability to saw, miter, and fit fabrications (fit and tack)
• Analyze the blueprints to determine the specifications, and tolerances, and locate/read the stock list on a drawing
• Certified in TIG and MIG welding
• Construct structural components from raw materials
• Follow OSHA safety guidelines and ITAR compliance
• Inspect fabricated components to ensure that they are the correct size
• Replace damaged or defective structural components as needed
• Use welding equipment to fuse structural components
• Utilizing shears, power saws, cutting torches, and chipper knives to cut structural components as needed
• Other duties as assigned
