Job Profile

The company is hiring a Welding Supervisor who will be responsible for facilitating daily operations of the TEP Upgrade and Casting Upgrade departments and ensuring that all budget, safety, quality, and production goals are met.

Be responsible for selecting, training, and developing employees on all shifts.

Education Level

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (preferred) – College/University 

Work Experience

• Experience in a lead or supervisory role (preferred)
• Basic Supervisory training with grinding, welding, LPI/FPI, and heat treatment background.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Demonstrated technical background with one or more of the following welding, metalworking, and fabrication operations. Familiarity with GD&T and NDT preferred.
• Organizational, team, and leadership skills with the ability to prioritize rapidly changing demands while remaining focused on safety and quality.
• Responsible for successful compliance to NADCAP (Pyrometry) and Customer Audits.
• Responsible for certifications, surveys, and calibrations of Vacuum Heat treatment and Upgrade NDT equipment to be accurate, current, and compliant.
• Self-starter, ability to plan and direct activities, multitask, and adapt to frequent priority changes.
