Job Profile

The company is looking for a Welding Shop Supervisor who will support the electrification of outdoor power equipment designs.

Educational Qualification

• The applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED (college degree preferred)
• Technical Degree is a plus

Work Experience

• Possess weld shop supervisory, welding, and robotics experience (required)

Duties/Responsibilities

• Coordinate product schedules to meet daily production requirements
• Handle production safety concerns and training as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Maintain quality and production standards following all ISO and company procedures
• Recognize concerns and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Understand and ensure the safe operation of all equipment in the Pressroom
• Complete welding, stamping, or other facility activities, including-
  -Operation of both manual and automatic presses, de-stacker, and underground conveyor
  -Die setting and line changeovers
  -Setup transfer dies and robotics
  -Operate robots, presses, cranes, lift trucks, and any other auxiliary equipment
  -Maintain welding equipment and robotics
  -Perform stacking duties when necessary

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Effective communication skills, written skills, and computer skills
• Must be able to work well with others and lead employees within the department providing clear direction daily for production goals

Other Requirements

• Coordinate schedules and manpower assignments to meet production requirements
• Maintain quality and production standards following all ISO 9001 and Company procedures
• Supervise production activities such as but not limited to production, tooling, welding equipment, and robots, receiving, tagging, die setting and change-over
