- Assist in transporting shells and tanks
- Assist mechanics and machinists in repair work
- Dismantle, repair, and re-assemble various production accessories
- Ensure all parts are properly fitted, aligned, and screwed in
- Fabricate equipment or accessories to new equipment
- Follow company safety policies and procedures
- Follow job safety analysis
- Keep tool area in order
- Maintain a production schedule
- Maintain daily time records
- Mark cutting lines on material
- Operate hand tools as required
- Operate plant and mobile equipment
