Educational Qualification

• Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED

Work Experience

• Possess a minimum of 2 or more years of fabrication Welder/Fitter experience (required)
• Flux-Core experience (highly desired)
• Heavy equipment welding experience (highly desired)

Duties/Responsibilities

• Be responsible for providing equipment welding and fabrication repair service in order to meet the customers’ needs
• Must have excellent attendance

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Must be a self-motivated, thoughtful individual with a high energy level who is able to work well in a shop environment
• Must be able to get along well with other employees
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work the required hours and days as described above
• Must have a steady employment history
• Must have a valid driver’s license
