The company is searching for a Robotics Engineer who will be familiar with multiple types of robotics integrations and has a proven track record.

Educational Qualification

  • Applicants may be required a High School Diploma or GED
  • GCCH, GCCS2, and GRS certification (an asset)

Work Experience

  • Possess previous experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry and can work in a team or independently to solve problems.
  • Fiat Chrysler, GM, Ford, Tier 1, Body shop and Build shop experience (an asset)

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Auto Debug and troubleshooting with PLC
  • Cycle time reduction and throughput improvement
  • DCS, SafeOp, and SafeMove
  • Fanuc, ABB, Kuka, Kawasaki, Nachi
  • I/O Configuration
  • Interference Zone configuration
  • Mastering, TCP, OLP’s, and Payload
  • Material handling, Spot welding, Mig welding, and Sealing/Dispensing
  • Vision system experience (an asset)
