Job Profile

The company is looking for a Maintenance Technician who will coordinate and support plant preventative maintenance systems, and implement continuous improvement activities throughout the manufacturing process.

The position will report directly to the maintenance supervisor

Educational Qualification

  • No education level is mentioned, yet applicants may be required a High School Diploma

Work Experience

  • Possess 2 to 3 years of experience as a maintenance, electronic, or robotics technician in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience in the following areas as troubleshooting, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, robotics, welding, and basic fabrication (preferred)
  • Mechanical experience (preferred)

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Ability to work with 12 VDC up to 480 VAC 3-phase power
  • Associate Training
  • Building maintenance
  • Ergonomic improvements
  • Machine repair
  • Machine set-ups and changeovers
  • Maintain a computerized Preventative Maintenance system
  • Maintenance of machinery including knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
  • Mechanical/Electrical Troubleshooting
  • Order and maintain spare part inventory

Physical Demands

  • Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
  • Sitting, reaching, bending, squatting, standing, and walking on cement floors daily.
