Job Profile

The company is hiring a Maintenance Technician (Tool/Die) who will anticipate and prevent safety and downtime issues of the manufacturing and facilities equipment and process, particularly for the fixtures and tooling for welding and other precise operations and functions.

Educational Qualification

  • Applicants require a High School Diploma or GED or Equivalent
  • Some formal education or training including military training (a plus)

Work Experience

  • Possess 5 years of manufacturing experience (preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in Maintenance (preferred)

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Preventative Maintenance and inspection Activities manufacturing machinery and facilities
  • Apply Corrective Maintenance when something does not function properly
  • Improve Maintenance procedures, methods, and actions to create the most reliable processes

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of internal company and external associates, both written and orally, including the telephone.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to bend, lift, reach and turn throughout the shift
  • Mobility within the work facility
  • Ability to lift 40+ lbs. repeatably through the shift
  • Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 Hours
