Job Profile

The company is seeking Maintenance Technician with the ability to work effectively with all areas of the plant and a have a thorough understanding of our entire manufacturing process.

Educational Qualification

• Applicants may require a High School Diploma or GED

Work Experience

• Possess work-related experience (a plus)

Duties/Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems and replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments.
• Inspect, identify, and repair complex mechanical/electrical equipment.
• Perform mechanic skills including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting, and repair of production machines.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
• Repair and maintain piping systems and assemble hoses with fittings, basic fabrication and welding, and ability to follow prints.
• Respond with urgency to emergency calls/work orders; plan, and execute assigned work orders.
• Troubleshoot and repair other electrical equipment that maintains production, safety, quality, and output, and reduces downtime on production lines in accordance with codes, regulations, and specifications.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools, and material handling equipment in performing duties.
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

• Must have advanced mechanical and technical skills
