Job Profile
The company is hiring a Quality Assurance Inspector who will provide visual/measured inspections/tests of materials/products to ensure conformance with standards and determine if products meet all requirements.
Also, complete inspection records, and report and follow appropriate codes and regulations.
Educational Qualification
- Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED
Work Experience
- Possess 3 years of relevant experience
- Certifications (WIS, Cross-trained in 3 departments)
- Proficiently utilize inspection tools and measuring equipment
- Understand defects and determine acceptance status
Duties/Responsibilities
Core Functions-
- Complete inspection records and reports
- Maintain attendance within acceptable standards
- May inspect incoming materials or plates, outgoing materials or fittings and welds throughout the manufacturing process
- Perform inspection of complex production systems or finished product
- Train and cross-train on all quality systems
Safety Activities-
- Be aware of and observe all safety practices
- Know and follow all safety rules and procedures
- Participate in safety committees and initiatives as assigned
