Job Profile

The company is looking for a Maintenance Technician IV (Electrician) who will be responsible for providing overall electrical support to our plant operations, production; manufacturing, and building electrical systems to ensure continuous operations.

Educational Qualification

  • Applicants may require a High School Diploma
  • Certificate in electrical technology or equivalent

Work Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years of electrician experience

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Active involvement in continuous improvement initiatives
  • Experience in troubleshooting, and repairing various types of production and facilities equipment
  • Follow all EHS Policies and Safety Procedures and report all incidents immediately
  • Installation of electrical conduit, wiring, switching devices, controls, outlets, fixtures, motors, and other such equipment
  • Knowledgeable in equipment electrical (primary) and mechanical (secondary) components.
  • Perform Maintenance electrical activities to support Facilities and Operations
  • Some knowledge of mills, lathes, surface grinders, band saw, drill press, sheet metal cutter and bender, welding
  • Tests, maintains, and evaluates equipment performance using instruments such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, pyrometers, and pressure gages

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate degree (AS) in electrical technology or equivalent
  • Electronic instrumentation knowledgeable
  • Experience in troubleshooting and repairs of various types of production and facilities equipment
  • Four or more years of experience working as an electrician
  • Knowledgeable in equipment electrical (primary) and mechanical (secondary) components
  • PLC and automation experience

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Must be able to push/pull up to 50 lbs.
