Job Profile

The company is searching for a MEH Engineer who will manage interfaces between the construction contractors and the designers.

Education Level

• Degree or Higher Degree in relevant discipline

Work Experience

• Experience in highly regulated environment e.g. nuclear, aircraft, petrochemical etc.
• Experience working in the design and maintenance of heavy mechanical power generation equipment
• Experience in the development of mechanical-related safety cases
• Experience in liaising with the HSE Nuclear Directorate or other regulatory body
• Registered member of a relevant professional institute or qualifications and experience suitable to lead to membership

Duties/Responsibilities

• Design and assembly of Dedicated I&C of complex systems.
• Design and assembly of Heat exchangers and associated regulation and security valve systems.
• Design and assembly of rotating equipment (pumps, motors, etc.) and valves.
• Design and assembly of tanks.
• Piping design and erection
• Power supply design and assembly
• Welding

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Decision-making capability for the resolution of safety case issues
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external customers and suppliers
• Understanding of Quality Assurance in a highly regulated environment
