Job Profile
The company is searching for a Field Technician who will ensure machine components are repaired with precision and efficiency.

Education Level
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Associate degree in Diesel Technology or equivalent (preferred)
Work Experience
- Minimum 2 years of related experience or equivalent
License/Certification
- Certified to operate a forklift or manlift; may need to complete a DOT physical; MSHA certification required; respirator certification may be needed.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Provide accurate and timely quotes to customers, ensuring transparency and trust.
- Documentation: Accurately complete all required paperwork and documentation.
- Failure Analysis: Apply failure analysis techniques for accurate diagnosis and repair.
- Problem Solving: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and recommend effective repairs.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the correct operation of all repairs to maintain high standards.
- Regulation Adherence: Follow contamination control and HAZMAT regulations meticulously.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to KEC/Customer safety policies to ensure a safe working environment.
- Technical Tasks: Perform parts removal/installation, component assembly/disassembly, and testing with precision.
- Timely Repairs: Complete assigned jobs within flat rate times to keep operations running smoothly.

Work Environment
