The company is seeking a MIG/Spot Welder to join its team.

Education Level

  • High School Diploma or GED (required)
  • Post-secondary education (preferred) or 1+ years of welding experience (required)

Work Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment (required)

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Inspect and repair welds as needed to ensure quality parts are produced on time, meeting or exceeding our customers’ requirements.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

  • Must be able to pass and maintain welding proficiency
  • Must be able to detect and repair (within cycle times) all weld defects within your zone
  • Understanding of weld terminology

Work Environment

  • Exposed to high heat, bright light, sparks, and loud noise
  • Follows strict safety protocols and wears protective gear
  • May work in shifts, including nights or weekends
  • Performs repetitive tasks, often standing for long periods
  • Works in manufacturing or automotive production environments
