• Safety/Guarding design experience

Duties/Responsibilities

• Create simple instructions to install the designed improvements.
• Good understanding of welding and machining practices.
• Produce 3D part models, assemblies, exploded views, iso and orthographic views, bills of materials, and detail drawings to company and ANSI/ISO standards for fabrication.
• Solid Edge\Solid Works proficient.
• Understand and apply basic geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
• Use Microsoft Office extensively to communicate with the team.

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and design principles

Work Environment

• May visit manufacturing sites for inspections or testing

• Requires focus, precision, and collaboration with engineering teams
• Typically works regular business hours, with some project deadlines
• Uses CAD software and other digital tools daily
