Duties/Responsibilities

• Be willing to cross-train across all parts of the factory
• Conduct assembly operations, focusing on machine builds
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Lift and handle metal and other components weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Perform any other assigned jobs as needed
• Perform subassembly operations, including the construction of pumps, canisters, and service builds
• Read and interpret drawings to ensure precise assembly

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Ability to build machines or similar structures, lifting metal and other components up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to perform tasks while standing for extended periods
• Ability to read and interpret drawings
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Medium proficiency in using computer systems to transact orders in the ERP system
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English with medium proficiency
• Proficiency in using power tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Willingness to be cross-trained across all parts of the factory
