The company is hiring a Millwright to join its team.

Education Level

• High School Diploma, or GED, and completion of a craft apprenticeship

Work Experience

• Possess work-related experience (a plus)

License/Certification

• NCCER Certification (a plus)

Duties/Responsibilities

• Fabrication, repairs, welding, and installation on all equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized facility daily.
• Maintenance and repair of all machinery, equipment, and facilities.
• Preventative Maintenance.
• Reads blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures.
• Safety is a priority; employee must understand construction risks and bring them to the attention of their supervisor
• Troubleshooting hydraulics, electrical, and pneumatics.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Ability to work at heights greater than six feet off the ground
• Have basic math, reading, writing, and computer skills.
• Knowledge of relative safety standards and willingness to use protective clothing (face shield, gloves, etc.)
• Must be able to assemble and install equipment, using hand tools and power tools.
• Possess a working knowledge of machine alignment.
• Quality-minded, positive team player, safety-conscious, and production-focused.
