The company is searching for a Spot Welder I to join its team.

Education Level

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

Work Experience

  • Minimum 1-3 years of related experience (required)
  • Journeyman or Apprenticeship, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

License/Certification

  • Welding certification (required)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Hi-lo license and, crane operator license.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Demonstrated flexibility and initiative in current role.
  • Maintains a clean, safe working environment.
  • Maintains professionalism and a positive approach during all customer and co-worker interactions, with understanding of appropriate level of confidentiality.
  • Possess initiative and willingness to learn.
  • Prioritizes workload, performs duties as needed, and with a sense of urgency.

  • Basic welding and metalwork knowledge
