Job Profile
The company is searching for a Production Operator to join its team.
Education Level
- High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
Work Experience
- 6-12 months of previous experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
Duties/Responsibilities
- Follow safety procedures
- Load/unload materials
- Maintain a clean work area
- Monitor production lines
- Operate machinery efficiently
- Package finished products
- Perform quality checks
- Report equipment issues
- Support team as needed
- Track production output
Equipment/Tools
- Includes basic departmental hand tools, personal protective equipment, and scanning.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
- Basic understanding of weld terminology
- General knowledge of mechanical operations
Work Environment
- Walking up and down staircases, occasional lifting, and occasional stooping and bending.
- Ability to lift 40 pounds and be able to stand or walk for prolonged periods in a manufacturing environment.
