The company is hiring a Fabricator II (AHU) to join its team.

Education Level

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Work Experience

• Previous experience in an industrial setting (a plus)

Duties/Responsibilities

• Ensure hardware and components match the BOM
• Identifies proper parts to complete assemblies by reading the specification sheet and blueprints
• Install components securely and ensure proper fit and alignment according to the Spec Sheet.
• Operates bridge crane or hoist shipments from the shipping and receiving platform to the storage or work area
• Performs preventative maintenance and makes minor machine repairs as needed
• Prepare the product to be painted and shipped. Install hardware and custom parts into the assembly per specification for HVAC Units
• Responsible for adhering to a production schedule, ensuring that all parts are properly fitted, aligned, and secured, and ensuring that safety standards are always met
• Utilizes a rivet gun, an air gun, a knife, welding, and other hand tools to perform duties

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Ability to read, interpret, and follow blueprints and build plans (preferred)

Work Environment

• Exposure to loud noise and sharp tools.
• Handles heavy Air Handling Unit (AHU) components.
• Repetitive tasks with physical demands.
• Requires PPE like gloves and safety glasses.
• Works in manufacturing or assembly areas.
