The company is searching for a Facilities Maintenance Technician who will support the safe and efficient operation of our industrial facility.

Responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining mechanical and electrical systems across a range of equipment.

Demonstrate technical expertise, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Education Level

• High School Diploma or GED

Work Experience

• Minimum 5 years of mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Experience in HVAC systems, electrical maintenance, welding, and pipe fitting

Duties/Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation, commissioning, and construction of industrial machinery
• Ensure all work complies with operational tolerances and applicable codes
• Execute facility maintenance tasks, including welding, HVAC, cabinet fabrication, and general repairs
• Interpret technical diagrams, schematics, manuals, and specifications to guide maintenance activities
• Modify or design mechanical systems and recommend production methods
• Operate independently while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency
• Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repairs on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, and production equipment
• Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to document and manage maintenance tasks
• Respond to emergency maintenance needs and perform other duties as assigned

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Proficiency in CMMS software for maintenance tracking and reporting

Work Environment

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work at heights for extended periods
