Job Profile

The company is hiring a Maintenance Technician who will perform general maintenance, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and Mechanical/electronic repair to maintain equipment.

Educational Qualification

  • Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED
  • Training/certification in machine-specific and electronics fields
  • Certified in various types of welding (preferred)

Work Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing equipment repair/diagnosis
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical component repair/diagnosis

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Builds custom parts on demand
  • Maintain clean work area
  • Perform Lockout/Tagout Procedure
  • Perform/Maintain preventative maintenance program on equipment
  • Performs various types of welding as needed
  • Programs computers and PLCs
  • Support production as needed to maintain proper output
  • Troubleshoots and repairs electronic components
  • Troubleshoots and repairs mechanical components
  • Troubleshoots, motors, pumps, compressors, and any other systems in the plant
  • Works on call as required
  • Performs other job duties as assigned

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

  • Must be able to maintain good attendance
  • Must be able to pass a mechanical aptitude test
  • Must be able to perform all essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Must be able to work on-call as needed
  • Must be willing to work overtime as needed; significant overtime may be required during busy periods
  • Must have acute troubleshooting skills
