Job Profile

The company is looking for a Mechanical/Controls Engineer to join its team.

Educational Qualification

  • Applicants should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Equivalent

Work Experience

  • Possess a minimum 6 years of manufacturing experience (with working knowledge of welding, assembly, automation, tooling, and related processes) or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in metal Joining
  • Experienced in PLC and HMI programming, preferably Allen Bradley platform

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and modify Allen Bradley platform PLC logic
  • Design component details, and tooling assemblies utilizing Autodesk software 2D and 3D
  • Modify Robotic position, code, data, parameters, and I/O (Fanuc)
  • Setup, and maintain control parameters for GMAW and resistance welding (WTC, Bosch, Lincoln, Fronius)
  • Train, coach and mentor the welding process for quality, manufacturing, and skilled trades colleagues

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

  • Knowledge in robotic programming (ABB, Fanuc robots, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of welding processes
