Job Profile
The company is searching for an Advanced Maintenance Technician who will be responsible for performing maintenance services and repairs in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, plastering, machine servicing, and electrical.
Educational Qualification
- Applicants should be Qualified Electrician and Basic Electronics (college/university)
Work Experience
- Possess 5 years of general maintenance experience or 40 semester hours of industrial trade training
Duties/Responsibilities
- All non-routine and electronic machine maintenance and upkeep machines as required
- Build or fabricate Workstations, devices, etc. to improve quality and production
- Fabricate miscellaneous items out of wood, metal, and Plexiglas
- General Rigging- (Equipment moving)
- Install new equipment
- Operate the Hylift
- Order spare parts and supplies and rebuild machines as required
- Perform all repairs and adaptions of equipment, such as; changing air, grease and coolant lines, switches, belts, guards
- Plumbing, welding, construction of metal/wood, brazing, soldering
- Replace electrical motors and components
- Stock maintenance supplies and maintains supply inventory
- Use hand and power tools
- Wire fabricated equipment to meet specifications and per NFPA and other applicable standards.
- Adhere to all safety requirements and drive safety improvements through improved machine design and controls.
- Basic Robotics
- Design and fabricate components
- Design and install guarding
- Isolate and replace digital and analog CNC drives
- Practice 5S
- Train team members
- Troubleshoot and repair electronic boards
- Advanced PLC maintenance-
-Read and troubleshoot PLC and Ladder Logic
-Write PLC Ladder Logic

- Advanced PLC Logic
- Certified forklift operator
- Industrial electricity/wiring
- Robotics
- Schematics (electrical, hydraulic, etc.)
- Understand and follow verbal and written instructions
