Job Profile

The company is hiring an Analytical Test Technician Supervisor with direct experience in Analytical Testing in the Semiconductor Manufacturing Industry/Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Industry.

Education Level

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Work Experience

  • At least 2 years of experience in semiconductor analytical testing
  • At least 1 year of management experience

License/Certification

  • Degree, Diploma, or Certification in welding, applied, or physical science
  • ASNT, ACCP, or Employer-Issued LT, VT, PT, or UT NDT Levels II or III
  • AWS CWI
  • ISO 8573/NFP 99/USP-NF
  • cGMP or GDocP
  • PMP

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Able to coach, train, and develop analytical technicians
  • Able to travel on both long-term and short-term projects
  • Able to work and manage projects and personnel independently
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and overtime
  • Attend regular internal and project coordination meetings, both virtual and in-person
  • Client interface and management
  • Create, review, sign off, and deliver test reporting
  • Help with bid work and build proposals
  • Manage analytical technicians and schedules
  • Operate, organize, and maintain analytical testing equipment
  • Organize, coordinate, and maintain records of equipment calibrations
  • Review and approve time sheets and expense reports

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

  • Bluebeam or equivalent mark-up and collaboration software
  • Procore, EIDA, or equivalent project management cloud services
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams)
  • Six Sigma

Work Environment

  • May involve handling hazardous materials under strict safety protocols.
  • Primarily works in laboratories or controlled testing environments.
  • Regular exposure to chemicals, fumes, and laboratory equipment – PPE required.
  • Standard work hours, but overtime or shift work may be needed to meet deadlines.
  • Standing for long periods during tests, with occasional lifting of equipment.
