The company is recruiting a CMT Project Manager/Inspector to join its team.

Education Level

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Work Experience

• 5 or more years of experience required in similar field-related activities.
• Nuclear Safety Certified
• ACI Level I and II and KDOT Certified

Duties/Responsibilities

• Makes field reconnaissance of sites and takes photographs of field operations as required.
• May act as a special inspector as required by building codes on more complex jobs.
• Observe non-destructive tests on welded and bolted connections when certification is not required.
• Observe pile driving, shoring, tieback, and underpinning projects.
• Observe placement of fill and proof-rolling of subgrades requiring visual verification.
• Performs field density testing of soil, asphalt, and aggregate.
• Performs field quality control tests on plastic concrete.
• Performs routine laboratory testing of soil, aggregate, asphalt, concrete, and other construction materials.
• Prepares memos for review by staff professionals.
• Prepares written daily field observation reports and summary reports.
• Verifies foundation subgrade conditions on routine projects.
• Performs other duties as requested.
