Job Profile

The company is searching for a CNC Setup Operator who will operate tooling machines and produces high-quality parts and products for Martin Engineering’s customers within very tight specifications and with minimal tolerance for error.

Interprets blueprints and drawings to produce various products.

Educational Qualification

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (required)

Work Experience

  • 1 or more years of CNC machining experience
  • Experience with blueprint reading and precision instruments.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Conducts setup of tooling, downloads program, and produces parts according to ISO 9001 standards.
  • Initiates procedures that comply with OSHA/MSHA requirements regarding safety issues.
  • Inspects machines for proper maintenance and needed repairs and submits maintenance requests as needed.
  • Maintains the necessary inventory of supplies, drills, inserts, tooling, etc.
  • Reads and interprets blueprints, drawings, and bills of materials to produce the required parts.
