Education Level

• B-Tech in Electrical

Work Experience

• 10+ years of experience
• Experienced in executing Kaizen projects, Breakdown maintenance, Preventive maintenance, and Predictive maintenance

Duties/Responsibilities

• Press shop, CNC, VNC
• Preventive maintenance and Predictive maintenance,
• Root cause analysis
• Should be able to horizontally deploy the root cause in the Plant machinery,
• Should be able to lead the team in the daily work routine,
• Should be able to work on an operational cost-saving project
• Should be aware of the Plant activity, like why analysis, preventive measures
• Should be participating in OAV improvement projects after doing BD trends analysis.
• Troubleshooting in PLC Allen Bradley and Siemens PLC

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Leadership and team management abilities
• Planning, scheduling, and project management expertise
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in maintenance software and technical documentation
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and safety regulations

Work Environment

• Balances office tasks (planning, reporting) with on-site inspections
• Coordinates with engineers, technicians, and other departments
• May work in shifts, including nights or weekends, during emergencies
• Regularly exposed to electrical systems, requiring strict safety protocols
• Works in industrial or commercial facilities, often around heavy machinery
