Job Profile
The company is looking for an Engineering Technician I who will provide essential technical support, facilitating communication among team members, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Education Level
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics
- Advanced degrees in Engineering or related fields (credible)
Work Experience
- 1+ years of experience in engineering support or related roles.
- Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of engineering projects.
- Collaborate with team members to implement the best practices and improve processes.
- Perform day-to-day tasks such as cleaning, organizing, and shipping/receiving materials.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for engineering processes.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
- Electrical background with both high and low voltage wiring, assembly, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in using engineering tools and software relevant to the role. This would include brazing, welding, machining, fabrication, and mechanical assembly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.
Work Environment
