The company is looking for an Engineering Technician I who will provide essential technical support, facilitating communication among team members, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.

Education Level

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics
• Advanced degrees in Engineering or related fields (credible)

Work Experience

• 1+ years of experience in engineering support or related roles.
• Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of engineering projects.
• Collaborate with team members to implement the best practices and improve processes.
• Perform day-to-day tasks such as cleaning, organizing, and shipping/receiving materials.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for engineering processes.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
• Electrical background with both high and low voltage wiring, assembly, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in using engineering tools and software relevant to the role. This would include brazing, welding, machining, fabrication, and mechanical assembly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.

• Handles technical equipment and tools
• May work around machinery or outdoors
• Mix of desk and hands-on tasks
• Works in labs, offices, or field sites
