Job Profile

The company is recruiting a Fabrication Support who will support manufacturing operations while ensuring product quality and efficiency. The responsibilities include such as loading/unloading parts from the paint line, hanging hooks, PEM nut/weld nut installation, manual material movement, running gear, and other support tasks throughout the shift.

Demonstrate a safety-first mentality, regularly practice effective communication within a team environment, and have an interest in moving towards a Fabricator role.

Education Level

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Work Experience

  • Possess work-related experience (a plus)

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Apply masking materials to designated areas to protect surfaces from paint, coatings, or other finishing applications.
  • Attach and remove hooks from the paint line.
  • Ensure quality and packaging per the customer’s request.
  • Install PEM nuts and weld nuts onto components, ensuring proper placement and secure attachment. No setup required.
  • Load and unload parts on the paint line.
  • Move materials as needed to support production flow.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned to support operations.
  • Proven safety and quality record.
  • Receive training in painting techniques and processes.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

  • Basic computer skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Mechanically inclined
  • Must be able to stand for up to 12 hours a day and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be willing to cross-train
  • Must be willing to work overtime (10-12 hrs.) when needed
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented with strong communication skills

  • Handles materials, tools, and machinery
  • Stands and moves throughout the shift
  • Works in manufacturing or fabrication shop environments
