Job Profile
The company is recruiting a Financial Systems Manager to join its team.
Educational Qualification
- Applicants should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or IT from a college/university
Work Experience
- Possess 5 to 7 years of related working experience
Duties/Responsibilities
- Assist in the cleanup and management of harmonized customers/vendors and implementation of new accounting standards
- Build aesthetic dashboards to easily summarize and present necessary data
- Conduct regular training sessions for users
- Create report binders/scheduled distributions to send information from financial systems timely
- Develop, implement, and manage standard chart of accounts for both ERP and Prophix
- Enhance Prophix KPIs to provide business value on current key metrics
- Establish best practices for financial systems, such as reconciling within Blackline
- Implement change management process for Prophix and new ERP
- Lead projects to implement various initiatives to the existing financial system (Sales Cube, Employee Cube, rolling forecast)
- Manage integration of financial systems with subsidiary systems (Qlikview, Ultipro, Salesforce, Avalara, Wisys)
- Partner with accounting groups to clean up data prior to ERP implementation
- Prepare written and video training materials on various functions across all financial systems
- Work with VPs to determine additional desired reporting needs from Prophix

- Ability to document and maintain accurate records
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, creative, and enthusiastic
- Effective presentation skills in person and over the phone
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to take on challenges
- Strong Excel skills and a strong aptitude for learning how to optimize Customer Web Portals
