Job Profile

The company is seeking a Line Leader (Truck) who will make decisions regarding customers, business and employee need to ensure customer satisfaction.

Must have strong decision-making abilities and a positive attitude with the ability to work and communicate effectively in a team environment

Educational Qualification

• No education level is mentioned, yet having basic education (High School Diploma) will be a plus.

Work Experience

• Must have experience in leading teams
• Ability to obtain a lift-truck license
• Must have a successful record of building positive relationships with co-workers and management.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating daily workforce adjustments with other line leads to attaining maximum labor potential
• Drive accountable and efficient work practices within the Receiving team
• Involved in new employee training and cross training
• Point of contact for light facility maintenance. Schedule internal and external contractors to complete needed maintenance and repairs.
• Provide constructive feedback to management
• Provide reliable, fair, and unbiased feedback for employee evaluations
• Work with Purchasing and freight providers to schedule and process inbound freight in a timely manner

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Basic computer and communication skills to email vendors, schedule maintenance and audits, and navigate D365.
• Excellent mechanical aptitude to review facility concerns and communicate issues to vendors.
