Job Profile

The company is seeking a Machine Operator who will work as a member of the beam Production department to assist in the operation of machinery in the beam/bushing Production Area

Educational Qualification

• Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED (required)

Work Experience

• Preferably possess prior CNC Machine operator experience

Duties/Responsibilities

• Ability to perform quality checks using calibrated digital micrometers, Veneer Calipers, and go/no go gauges to ensure the product is within tolerance.
• Comply with all safety standards and regulations.
• Operating all of the non-MIG welding machinery in the axle area.
• Proper paperwork/reports are to be completed to document build per work order specifications.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to learn and physically rotate to all required job stations and job tasks in assigned work areas within the rotation timetable that has been or will be established for that area.
• Ability to pay close attention to minor details resulting in the production of a superior-quality product.
• Ability to use all Personal Protective Equipment that is issued by Hendrickson.
• Ability to work in a diverse production environment.
• Ability to work overtime, as production demands require
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, in a continuously improving environment.
• Basic blueprint reading.
• Must pass drug and alcohol screen and remain drug-free throughout the term of employment
• Strong Mathematical skills (a must)
• Team Skills (a must)
